Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026. AlterOS is provided free of charge with no paid plans.

Acceptance

By signing in with Discord and using AlterOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

AlterOS lets you build Discord server templates (roles, categories, channels) and apply them to servers you manage. Features include the Architectural Audit, server sync, team management, and the template store. The service is provided "as available" and may change over time.

Accounts

You must use a real Discord account and meet Discord's minimum age. You are responsible for the servers you manage and for any changes AlterOS applies to them with your permission. Keep your account secure and do not share access.

Acceptable use

Use AlterOS lawfully and in line with Discord's Terms of Service. Do not use it to harass, spam, deceive, or harm others, or to build servers for illegal activity. We may limit access that violates this.

No warranty

AlterOS is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You apply templates at your own discretion; always review a preview before applying, and use the bot-role hierarchy guidance to avoid unintended changes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlterOS and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Content & IP

You retain ownership of the templates you create. By using the store or sharing a template, you grant AlterOS a non-exclusive license to host and display it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Termination

You can stop using AlterOS at any time and delete your account and templates. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms or harms other users or the service.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
